It is a hands-on field role that involves 100% travel. Flood Brothers, Inc. is a national company specializing in commercial moving, storage, and office furniture installation, headquartered in Atlanta, with a presence throughout the United States. Our expertise lies in office relocation, furniture installation, and warehousing. Currently, we have a team of over 100 full-time and part-time employees. Our stringent hiring, screening, and training procedures guarantee the high-quality service our clients expect. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the FF&E installation team to ensure projects are planned and executed within set timelines. Possessing strong organizational and prioritization skills, this individual will coordinate all necessary components for successful project completion. Responsibilities

Collaborate with Lead Project Coordinator to establish and achieve project objectives
Manage communication and deliverables from all project stakeholders
Monitor project advancement and achievements
Forge partnerships and oversee cross-functional teams to drive project success
Create and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets
Identify and address potential risks
Adhere to quality service standards and follow established procedures and regulations

Qualifications

Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Fluency in both English and Spanish
At least 5 years of experience in the FF&E sector
Minimum of 3 years in a project management capacity
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the continental US (access to a vehicle required)
Proficient in using Google Workspace
Solution-oriented mindset with a positive outlook
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects

Salary

$65,000+/year - based on experience and internal equity
