- Create detailed cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials, and other project expenses.
- Interact with clients and project managers to set transparent budgets and project schedules.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Schedule and organize workers and subcontractors to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Recruit and oversee subcontractors, ensuring tasks are delegated to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a detailed daily log of on-site activities, sharing essential information with management.
- Implement strategic operational changes to meet construction deadlines efficiently.
- Apply management strategies that improve cost-effectiveness and project completion.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and outstanding communication skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Skilled in budget planning and cost control.
- Familiar with safety protocols, including lock-out/tag-out procedures.
- Experienced in overseeing project closures and ensuring final project adherence.
- Valid Driver's License (mandatory for extensive travel).

Traveling Project Coordinator - Construction
About the Position: We are looking for a Traveling Assistant Project Coordinator specialized in construction projects, ready to hit the road for extended periods, usually more than 10 weeks at a stretch all across the SouthEast region. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth project mobilization, overseeing inventory, and upholding on-site safety and security. The right candidate will be super organized, able to juggle multiple project needs, and quick to adapt to changing requirements in diverse locations.
