- Assisting senior advisors in preparing deliverables and participating in client meetings
- Communicating with clients on both a scheduled and an ad hoc basis
- Tracking client allocations and asset transfers in a software suite, while working closely with the Rockefeller Operations team
- Ongoing coordination with clients CPAs and attorneys regarding balance sheet management
- Taking lead responsibility for quarterly reviews for a segment of the existing client base
- Looking for opportunities to expand, deepen and grow existing relationships
- Eventually taking responsibility for financial planning and other related analyses
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- Bachelors degree, with a business/finance focus preferred
- Series 7 and 66 licenses required
- CFP is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and productive attitude
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently
- Strong quantitative, qualitative, and technical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and recognition of critical issues
