Job Overview:
We are a water damage restoration company specializing in mold, fire, smoke, and water damage.

We're looking for sales managers who can focus on a specific territory and build networking and relationships to generate leads.

You get paid commission on top of your salary for all leads generated


Responsibilities:

• Visit insurance agents, realtors, plumbers, and property managers; join BNI networking groups, other associations, and firefighter associations, all outbound networking and relationship building.
• Meet sales targets
• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Oversee account management activities
• Monitor sales metrics and report on performance
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends

Experience:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, and business development
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
• Proficiency in basic CRM software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
