    ENTRY-LEVEL SERVICE WRITER REQUIREMENTS

    • Basic understanding of auto mechanics and ability to identify appropriate vehicle repairs

    WHAT TO EXPECT AS AN ENTRY-LEVEL SERVICE WRITER

    You'll be working from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts.

    In this role, your main focus is on ensuring the smooth operations of our dealership. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling incoming calls, building strong client relationships, managing appointments efficiently, and creating detailed work orders to guide our technicians. Your precision in billing and customer service will leave a lasting positive impression on our clients, enhancing their dealership experience.
