- Fair and competitive compensation
- Identifies RV problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms
- Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions
- Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles
- Prepares repair orders (RO)
- Handles customer complaints and maintains high customer satisfaction standards
- Periodically checks on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacts the customer as needed to keep them up to date with their RV's status
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience:A minimum of one year's RV service experience preferred
- Abilities: Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours, as required is essential. Hours may include, evenings, and weekendsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentReliable and strong work ethicCommitment to superior customer serviceAbility to work independently as well as on a teamKnowledge or ability to learn company computer systems applications, including Motility Systems2K, and other software applicable Ability to safely handle solvents and chemicalsAbility to move RVs of various sizesAbility to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
