Department of Finance and Accounting / Business Processes

The Department of Finance and Accounting / Business Processes is divided into four teams: Fixed Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivable Accounting, Accounts Payable Accounting, and Finance Services Team.

We are currently looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and competent specialist to serve as the Deputy Team Leader for the Finance Services Team.

The team currently consists of eight employees.

Overview of the Position

Serve as the main point of contact for the Finance Services Team, with a focus on maintaining master data (accounts receivable and accounts payable)
Act as the central point of contact for internal and external inquiries in the Finance Department (central mailbox, central telephone hotline, mailroom)
Preprocessing of accounts payable invoices
Deputy responsibility for organizing and ensuring the smooth operation of all processes, as well as continuously improving processes and implementing new legal requirements
Manage resources within the team and take on daily
