HR Officer (m/f/d) in
Hamburg.


Your tasks:


  • Comprehensive support, advice and assistance to managers and employees in all aspects of HR work along the employee life cycle
  • Planning and implementation of personnel recruitment, development and release in the assigned area
  • Contract management and processing of labor law matters
  • Participation in personnel planning and personnel controlling
  • Creation, implementation, execution and further development of HR concepts, processes, instruments and policies
  • Taking on and/or participating in HR projects with a focus on digitization

Your profile:


  • You have a degree in business administration with a focus on HR or a commercial apprenticeship with additional qualification as a "personnel specialist"
  • You have several years of professional experience in comprehensive personnel support
  • You have excellent IT skills (MS Office, HR software)
  • You see yourself as a team player with a strong focus on finding solutions and providing excellent service
  • You have excellent methodical and social skills
  • You are proactive and not afraid to take on new challenges
