    The OEM Sales Territory Manager sells value-added mobile hydraulic systems and parts, covering a wide variety of applications to achieve gross margin and sales goals set by the company.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Grows sales of FORCE America products in assigned territory through prospecting of new customers and new applications with existing customers.
    • Achieves sales and gross margin goals for the territory.
    • Utilizes the FORCE Opportunity Identification model to ensure a healthy portfolio of customers.
    • Builds and maintains a consultative relationship with customers, and is considered part of customer's strategic team.
    • Provides all regularly required reports and data.
    • Provides all required data for participation in development of sales plans for assigned territory.
    • Works collaboratively, and always in the best interest of FORCE America to support customer needs.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Associate's degree in Fluid Power or Mechatronics, bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of years of experience and education.
    • 2 years of experience with fluid power technology and the ability to build and communicate solutions that meet customer needs.
    • Demonstrated skills that reflect consultative sales ability and ability to grow sales with new and existing customers.
    • 3-5 years of consultative level OEM sales experience and a track record of sales growth in mobile fluid power preferred.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills, and a strong sales aptitude.
