Your Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for taking care of our customers In most cases, these are driving students or their parents. You will advise our students on all their questions about getting a driver's license, before and during their training.
You will provide personal, telephone, email, and messenger support to address our customers' various concerns.
With your relaxed, friendly, and preferably humorous personality, you will guide your students through their training until they pass their exam.
Surprise, surprise: we also have driving instructors You will support them in their daily work No, don't worry, you won't have to sit in the passenger seat and teach the students. We mean more administrative tasks.
Additionally, you will book and coordinate exam dates with the TÜV (Technical Inspection Association). It may not sound very exciting, but at least the TÜV has a smiley in its name.
