Our client is a renowned service provider in the field of building maintenance and manages a variety of properties in the region, providing all aspects of technical building equipment, including (partial) relocation.

In the city alone, our client manages 19 company buildings, and many more in the metropolitan area.

We are looking for you to join our client as a
Project Coordinator (m/f/d):


Your responsibilities:


  • Ensuring compliance with Quality System Regulation processes in the areas of pest control and building cleaning
  • Planning and conducting validations/revalidations
  • Creating various documentation and evaluations
  • Overall management of the pest control area in collaboration with subcontractors
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and trainings
  • Accompanying and supporting audits

Your qualifications:


  • Training as a quality officer desirable
  • Experience in quality management and audits, as well as experience in pest control/building cleaning
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Class B driver's license
  • Enjoy working in a team, confident and friendly demeanor, reliability, accuracy, sustainability.
