WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Support in the processing of projects from land acquisition to marketing
  • Economic calculation and cost estimation of overall project costs
  • Preparation of necessary architectural and engineering services in various project phases
  • Participation in the coordination and preparation of location and market analyses as well as associated feasibility studies
  • Assistance in contract negotiations and structuring with project-related third parties in close collaboration with the Senior Project Developer/Supervisor
  • Participation in the development of usage concepts within the architecture and engineering team
  • Optimization of construction projects in the project phase, including clarification of building law framework conditions
  • Planning control and development
  • Support in coordinating marketing and sales
  • Assistance in monthly project reporting and contribution to liquidity or cash flow planning
  • Close collaboration with the internal project team (project manager, financier, landlord, etc.)

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Successfully completed studies in business or real estate management (e.g. IREBS) or architecture/civil engineering/business engineering with additional qualifications or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in independently managing real estate projects
  • Good market knowledge
  • Good basic knowledge of public and private building
