The Ehrhardt AG is a medium-sized company with 32 branches at 12 locations. The Ehrhardt AG branches are dealerships and service workshops for the vehicle brands Audi, Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Seat, Cupra, Skoda, Hyundai and MG, a dealership for the Pilote Group (motorhomes) and three e-bike dealerships.

Your responsibilities:
As an employee in the parts department, you are the link between the customer and our car dealership. Your daily tasks include determining, delivering, and selling necessary parts and accessories. You work closely with the workshop and provide them with materials. Your responsibilities also include storing and checking delivered parts and accessories, as well as processing returns. You will also be responsible for invoicing and submitting warranty and goodwill claims to the manufacturer.


Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial or technical training
  • Experience in the parts department of a car dealership is desirable
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good expression and manners, as well as conscientious and independent work ethic
