- Handle case management and administration for arbitration and mediation matters.
- Collaborate with senior management and various departments to deliver top-notch client service.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure prompt follow-up on inquiries.
- Document all sales and service activities in the company's CRM system.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions regularly.
- Represent the company at events and industry functions when required.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and ethical standards.
- Visit clients onsite or at company locations as needed.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Background in the legal, insurance, or judicial sector, with litigation experience being a plus.
- Previous experience in B2B sales or account management is preferred.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and work effectively in a team or independent setting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate.
- Valid driver's license and access to insured automobile.
- Base salary of $50,000 - $55,000 based on experience, plus monthly and 6-month bonuses.
- Expected first-year earnings ranging from $65,000 to $80,000.
