    EF High School Exchange Year sponsors international high school students who spend a semester or academic year living with volunteer host families across the United States.

    Together we share culture and languages, open communities to the wider world, and create lifelong bonds that span the globe.

    The core of this program requires recruiting local coordinators around the country who support and grow the program locally. Our Recruitment Managers help to make this happen.

    The Opportunity

    Recruitment Managers specialize in growing our program by recruiting, qualifying, and onboarding International Exchange Coordinators (IECs). They help candidates understand what the program entails and make sure they meet our program's high standards. They also help to strategize recruitment efforts in regions of the country, collaborating with various stakeholders through the process.

    As a Recruitment Manager, you will play an integral role in helping to build and grow local communities across the country.

    In this phone/e-mail- based role, you will be the frontline of communication for prospective International Exchange Coordinators.

    You will work in this sales role to ensure that we are frequently and eloquently following up with all leads and interested candidates in a timely manner, as well as generating new leads through advertising, sourcing, and targeted efforts.

    Your outstanding communication skills, excellent attention to detail, superior judgment, and sincere interest in international education will ensure a positive program experience for all participants.

    Responsibilities Include

    Outreach to interested coordinator candidates – 70% of this role is spent on the phone
    Onboard eligible coordinators and understand their motivation and interests
    Facilitate connections between candidates, staff, and Regional Coordinators who will interact with them in the application and screening process
    Follow up on candidate's progress and provide general assistance during the application and screening process
    Target specific areas of assigned region to generate interest, as well as identify and execute searches for potential coordinators in areas with market potential
    Use social media to target specific interest groups
    Outreach to current and previous host families in partnership with the Regional Coordinator and Regional Director
    Facilitate informational webchats to potential candidates

    Your demonstrated ability to produce results and motivate others is at the core of all you do, as are your outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.

    You have an excellent attention to detail, good judgment and a passion for international education and cultural exchange.

    Prior experience with Salesforce preferred, but not required
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook and Excel)

    Compensation:
    Annual salary of $50,000 plus bonus potential up to $7,000

    EF High School Exchange Year (HSEY) is a non-profit high school foreign exchange program affiliated with Education First.
