For our client, an established customer center with global locations and numerous awards, we are looking for several employees for customer service in the energy supply sector in Rogers, AR.
Your responsibilities:
- Handling front and back office tasks
- Processing contract changes
- Providing tariff advice and optimization
- Maintaining master data
- Resolving billing inquiries
- Written correspondence
Your profile:
- Professional experience in customer service (experience in retail is also welcome)
- Excellent German language skills (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of English
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficient in email communication
- Strong team spirit
- Creativity
- Flexibility and reliability
