Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Specialist (m/f/d)

As a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Specialist (m/f/d), you ensure that our customers' goods arrive safely, quickly and reliably at their destination.

This starts with creating offers and extends to planning, controlling and monitoring the transportation of goods by truck, train, ship or airplane, as well as organizing customs clearance and creating freight documents.

You will be in constant contact with our customers.

Your tasks

  • You will learn how to organize the transport of goods from A to B
  • You will help select the optimal transport routes
  • You will process the necessary documents for (international) transport
  • You will coordinate and monitor transports in terms of meeting deadlines
  • You will advise and support our customers over the phone
Your profile

  • At least a good secondary school diploma
