kba Architects and Engineers GmbH is currently active with approximately 55 employees in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, electrical engineering, and building services. With our team of experienced architects and engineers, as well as many young and dedicated minds, kba Architects and Engineers GmbH combines competence and creativity in all aspects of construction planning and realization. We work purposefully and consistently on both new construction projects and the renovation of existing buildings.

Your tasks:

You will independently manage and lead challenging projects in phases 6-9 of the HOAI and take on a demanding role within a project team. This includes in particular:

Tendering and awarding of construction services
Construction management, supervision, and control
Schedule, cost, and quality control
Invoice review and cost control, including reporting
Change management
Defect management

Your qualifications:

You have a degree in civil engineering or architecture, or a degree as a construction technician with relevant experience.

Several years of professional experience in construction management/supervision in building projects
Good knowledge of applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations (HOAI, VOB, etc.), particularly in the handling of HOAI phases 6-8
Experience in project management/
