The Service division at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG ensures the success of our customers' business with service services, service parts, and consumables in the different life phases of our products.

The Sheetfed-Quality division is the backbone of our market organizations and the AG in terms of quality work and is the contact for our worldwide organizations and an essential part of the solution.

Our expertise and evaluations serve as the basis for further quality work.

We use our own service data, information from sales and operations, and performance data from the globally installed machine base.

Your tasks:

Creating analyses on product quality, reliability, and performance of Sheetfed products
Analyzing data from our Sheetfed products such as service notifications, service parts consumption, and warranty and goodwill claims
Identifying causes and correlations to failures and malfunctions based on initial suspicions
Developing suitable methods for evaluation, automating existing analyses, and selecting new tools
Evaluating results and developing decisionmaking bases with regard to technical and economic impacts in quality work
Communicating results with the program management team, quality representatives, and service managers
Being a sparring partner for the service organization and employees in the quality process
