Responsibilities:


  • Receiving transport orders
  • Coordinating loading and shipping schedules in close coordination with production
  • Organizing, managing, and coordinating logistical processes from sender to recipient
  • Creating all transportrelated documents and corresponding in German and English
  • Booking orders with service providers and shipping companies
  • Creating shipping documents on the shipping companies' internet portals
  • Handling customs formalities
  • Invoicing transport orders and creating export certificates
  • Checking and handling incoming invoices, as well as creating outgoing invoices and document dispatch
  • Participating in price negotiations for spot shipments and annual tenders
  • Maintaining close contact with all parties involved in the transport, using all media in English and German

Profile:


  • Completed commercial training
  • Experience in sea freight is an advantage, but we also welcome applications from career changers (m/f/d) with a commercial background
