- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift (3:00pm-11:15pm)
- Starting Pay: $17.59-$24.00/hour, depending on experience plus $2.00 shift differential for night shifts.
- Sign-on Bonus: $300 after 30 days, $500 after 60 days, $700 after 90 days for total of $1,500.00
- Referral Bonus: $1,500.00
- Work Environment: Manufacturing, Non-Climate Controlled, Variable Temperatures, Team Oriented, On-The-Job Training
- Conduct daily line audits to proactively correct defects and identify root cause corrective actions.
- Inspect and test manufactured goods to ensure safety and meet/exceed acceptable tolerances.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, focusing on maintaining product integrity.
- Actively contribute to a fast-paced, high-speed environment, following standardized work and safe practices in a continuous improvement setting.
- Communicate effectively with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of high-quality products.
