Empower Riverside Insights' marketing ops muscle by leading the strategic use of CRM solutions and marketing automation to win new business and cultivate loyal customers.

In this role, you will work with a cross-functional team to seamlessly connect diverse business units and personas through data-driven strategies, nurturing meaningful engagement and catalyzing growth.

Your mission is to navigate layers of market and customer complexity with finesse, steering our marketing operations towards unparalleled efficiency, personalization, and impact, while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.


In this role, you will get to:

  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing systems across all business units and product offerings.
  • Assist in setting up of CRM to meet Riverside Insight's needs, including creating workflows, lists, templates and reports.
  • Maintain the lead nurturing process, manage lead scoring and ensure effective handoff to sales team.
  • Manage CRM integrations with other platforms to streamline process and data flow
  • Establish a datadriven marketing culture by leveraging insights to inform demand gen strategies, campaign tactics, and engagement next steps.
  • Develop, track and implement processes and reporting alongside Lifecycle Marketing Specialist around CAC, Paid site visits, MQL's, CTR's, etc.
  • Collaborate on building workflows and ensure clean data to maximize the positive impact of campaigns and lifecycle automation.
  • Develop and monitor metrics to measure LCA effectiveness (ROI) and influence of marketing efforts.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with business unit marketing leaders to align marketing operations infrastructure (data, systems, processes) with marketing strategies to support specific unit goals.
  • Manage and maintain the integrity of data within CRM, including importing/exporting data, cleaning up of duplicates and ensuring data consistency.
  • Support account enrollment in lifecycle automation for current customers.
  • Collaborate with external Vendors and Internal Stakeholders to build a Future state of the art CRM to support Riverside and its subsidiaries.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree with 03 Years Marketing experience required, Masters preferred.
  • Proficiency with large data sets and using data analytics and visualization tools (excel, Tableau).
  • Strong competence using tools and automation to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Ability to create structure and optimize processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Strong mastery of working with HubSpot (or similar) CRM and marketing automation tools to lead best practices across the organization.
  • Understanding of marketing principles, lead generation strategies and sales processes.
  • Strong "ecosystem" thinker, with the ability to manage complex xBU persona and district dynamics with product managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts.
  • Project management and influential leaderships skills to drive key initiatives in partnership with technology and data teams to ensure effective utilization of tools and resources.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with different business units and stakeholders and run point on admin related duties for cross functional teams (CRM basics, user access, etc.)

Physical Requirements for this position

  • Remote
  • Up to 10% travel for offsite team meetings
  • May require stationary positions (sitting or standing) for extended periods.

Salary:
$60,000-$70,000 per year
