- Partner with the finance and senior leadership to identify and execute actions that drive profitable growth, gain market share, improve operational efficiencies and increase productivity
- Own all the business intelligence that corporate and field teams use to gain insight into the operations of the business
- Drive delivery of all reporting, including the monthly reporting package, weekly flashes, cash forecasting, quarterly business reviews, and ad hoc needs for both management and the private
- Partner cross-functionally to provide a breadth of insight and financial decision support
- Lead management reporting, including KPI's, dashboards, business trends and performance vs plan
- Lead implementation of corporate performance management /BI system and management of associated reporting and processes
- Deliver weekly financial updates, monthly performance analyses and quarterly rolling forecast
- Maintain the five-year strategic financial plan and business model
- Support the monthly accounting close process with detailed monthly financial analyses
- Proven collaborator with the ability to work with all levels and functions within the worldwide and field teams. Positive, creative, can-do attitude

Overall responsibility for and direct involvement in all global financial planning and analysis, partnering with all business leaders and driving efficiencies to secure the future success and prosperity of Client. As part of the senior management team, you will report directly to the Controller/CFO.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Background
The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in the responsibility areas noted. The successful candidate will have a proven track record with experience, skills, results and character in the following areas:
Experience supporting a 200 employee / $50 million revenue global SAAS company
Financial Sponsor (Private Equity/ Venture Capital) experience preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field required, Master's degree highly preferred
