    Description

    Title: Project Manager

    Location: Hybrid – 3x a week in Kent, WA

    Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire

    Pay Rate: 40-45/hr for 6-month contract and 100k-110k yearly salary after conversion

    Must Haves:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Management, or Production Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 4 – 10 years of experience in an engineering classification
    • 2 years of Aerospace industry and Manufacturing environment experience
    • Travel occasionally, approximately once per quarter.
    • Updating all projects in Excel (Macros)
    • Experience with Project tracking and project organization
    • Manufacturing and supply chain experience

    Day to Day:

    This position contributes to our client's vision by:

    • Coordinate, track and provide status of performance to program plan.
    • Investigation, resolution, and communication of issues that can affect program plan.
    • Performs program staffing capacity analysis.
    • Responsible for program/project schedule integration of engineering tasks.
    • Supports compliance to Engineering commitments.
    • Perform assigned tasks meeting the organization's expectations for quality, schedule and process compliance.
    • Identifies the need for enhanced processes, methods, and tools and provides solutions.
    • Applies program technical requirements to work requirements, processes, and tasks.
    • Develops solutions to problems, which require ingenuity and innovation.

    Compensation:

    $40-45/hr.

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
