What to expect?

• You will lead and strategically develop the expansion department, coordinate project teams in expansion, and manage your own construction sites
• You will be responsible for ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs are met for projects
• You will develop and implement measures to increase efficiency and quality
• You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining existing ones in the expansion department as an experienced networker
• You will lead and develop employees in the expansion department

What should you bring?

• You have a degree in civil engineering or architecture or a comparable education and have extensive knowledge in expansion, construction, and technical building equipment
• You have many years of professional experience as a construction and project manager and have experience in expansion, ideally in a leadership role, as well as experience in managing employees
• You are a strong leader, have excellent communication skills, are customer-oriented, and have a team spirit
• You are very familiar with turnkey construction and have a secure understanding of construction contract law (BGB, VOB)
• You have a drive to shape things and actively contribute to the development of the expansion department
