Your responsibilities will include:


  • Providing competent, comprehensive, and individualized advice to customers on internet, landline, and mobile products
  • Handling complaints and providing solutions
  • Conducting sales conversations for various products and services, and assisting customers in finding the right products for their needs
  • Processing customer orders and maintaining data
  • Participating in productspecific sales promotion measures and campaigns

To convince us, you should have:

  • Completed training as a retail salesman (m/f) or a comparable qualification
  • Previous experience in sales
  • Enjoyment of direct customer contact and willingness to work according to standard business hours and customer traffic
  • Goaloriented and committed attitude
