    Job Description:

    Join our team as a Recruiting Supervisor within U.S. Bank's Recruiting Solutions unit. In this role, you will lead a team of recruiting coordinators to ensure seamless recruitment support for the Global Enterprise Recruiting organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build, maintain, and manage an efficient recruiting coordinator team
    • Establish goals and priorities, directing day-to-day activities
    • Identify ways to enhance efficiencies and automate processes
    • Ensure quality of work and accuracy of output
    • Prepare activity reports and measure team performance
    • Act as an expert resource for special projects and issue resolution

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    • Three or more years of HR/recruitment experience
    • Minimum one year of supervisory experience

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

    • Thorough knowledge of recruitment processes
    • Strong analytical and process facilitation skills
    • Effective communication skills
    • Ability to resolve complex problems
    • Good leadership and supervisory skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Knowledge of HR competencies and employment laws

    Location:
    The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, combining in-office work with remote options.
