    We are seeking an energetic experienced construction estimator to lead our estimating/pre construction process.


    Job Duties:
    must be able to review and understand bid documents / plans.

    Create a detailed take off spreadsheet from our clients bid documents / plans.

    Take off quantities and material cost for projects in a timely manner.

    Obtain labor/sub contractor pricing for cost estimating purposes.

    Determine the scope of work for multiple trades to ensure nothing is missed for the project team.

    Respond to common inquiries and concerns from clients.

    Reach out to local building building officials to understand permitting in the jurisdiction of the project.

    Hand off final estimate to project management team.

    What you will need to be successful:

    • Minimum of Five (5) years experience estimating commercial interior / exterior renovations up to $5 million.
    • Must be proficient with
    on screen take-off software.

    • Must have the ability to lead a project estimate.
    • Must have the ability to read drawings and interpret specifications.
    • Computer skills required –
    must be proficient in Excel . Please do not inquire if you are not proficient in excel.
