Your responsibilities:


  • As a SE team leader for occupant protection and airbags, you will lead the entire process chain (EMT) to achieve timely series deployment according to the target specifications.
  • Your responsibilities will also include managing external partners and series suppliers, coordinating process chain work, and collaborating with interface partners such as purchasing, QMT, cockpit, or vehicle safety.
  • You will have a wide range of responsibilities, from concept development and evaluation, to specification and requirement document creation, to series development and industrialization of airbag systems.
  • Ensuring timely alignment of costs, weight, quality, validation, and approval is a crucial part of your role.
  • You will interpret simulation and test results, derive measures, and coordinate processes to achieve the highest quality and safety standards.
  • You will inspire your team to develop and integrate the latest technologies and proactively handle changes in framework conditions,
