Your responsibilities as a Server include but are not limited to:

Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, guiding them through the menu and making recommendations based on their preferences:

Greet guests warmly and establish a friendly rapport to create a welcoming and comfortable dining experience.
Familiarize yourself with the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Engage in conversation with guests to understand their preferences, dietary restrictions, and flavor preferences.
Make knowledgeable recommendations based on guests' preferences, suggesting food and drink pairings.

Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar:

Demonstrate strong attention to detail when taking orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Efficiently use the order management system or written order pads to record guests' selections.
Verify order details with guests to confirm accuracy and make any necessary modifications.
Communicate orders clearly and promptly to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring a smooth workflow.

Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high-quality presentation:

Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure that orders are prepared and served promptly.
Ensure proper food handling and plate presentation, adhering to established quality standards.
Deliver dishes to guests with care, presenting them attractively and verifying guests' satisfaction.
Serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, responsibly and in accordance with legal requirements.

Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns:

Pay close attention to guests' cues and anticipate their needs, such as refilling drinks or providing extra condiments.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Resolve issues or complaints effectively, seeking assistance from the supervisor or manager if necessary.
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations, to ensure a positive guest experience.

Collaborate with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience:

Foster effective communication and teamwork with colleagues to ensure smooth coordination of service.
Assist fellow servers when needed, such as carrying trays or delivering orders during peak times.
Collaborate with bartenders to ensure timely delivery of beverages and accurate billing.
Communicate guest feedback or special requests to the kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

Approach guests with a friendly and positive attitude, creating a welcoming experience:

Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Display genuine enthusiasm and passion for the menu items and the overall dining experience.
Use active listening skills to understand and respond to guests' questions, concerns, and feedback.
Display good knowledge of the restaurant's history, ambiance, and unique offerings to enhance guests' experience.

Guide guests through the menu, offering suggestions and providing detailed descriptions of dishes:

Offer guidance and recommendations to guests who may need assistance in navigating the menu.
Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including ingredients, cooking methods, and flavor profiles.
Tailor suggestions based on guests' preferences, dietary restrictions, and any known allergies.
Stay informed about any changes to the menu and be prepared to answer questions accordingly.

Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams, ensuring timely and accurate service:

Establish clear and professional communication channels with the kitchen and bar staff.
Relay any modifications or special requests from guests accurately to the kitchen and bar.
Monitor order progress and collaborate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
Communicate any issues or delays promptly to guests, offering alternative options if necessary.
