For the organizational management of the CYS INF leadership team, we are looking for a determined, dedicated, sociable, reliable, forward-thinking, and loyal team assistant (m/f/d) with relevant experience in supporting leadership teams.

The team is spread across multiple locations and countries (Germany, Spain, Portugal). Inter-cultural sensitivity and a good sense for interpersonal relationships between executives and employees are required.

Your responsibilities include:

Mainly supporting the CYS INF leadership team in the dynamic and highly interesting field of cybersecurity, maintaining an overview even in hectic work situations
Independent planning, coordination, and monitoring of appointments with good prioritization management, appointment coordination, including the planning of team meetings, domestic and international trips
Independent planning and project management of CYS INF New Normal, onboarding, and teambuilding events, preparation and organization of team events and workshops
Organization and preparation of events, national and international business trips and conferences, including support in preparing documents and processes, e.g. CYS INF All Hands Meetings
Building close and productive working relationships with various internal Siemens units and external partners
Handling various personnel matters and absence records, independent creation of evaluations
Compilation and analysis of complex information for the preparation of reports and presentations, as well as processing confidential and critical information
Recording orders in the corresponding applications (SAP, MyMall) after checking the offer documents for completeness and with a focus on the budget.
