We are currently seeking a team member (m/f/d) to support our team at the Hamburg Hafencity location as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:


  • Tasks from the administrative daily business in personnel management: checking vacation and business trip requests, hotel bookings for employees and teachers
  • On and offboarding of employees
  • Preparation of employment references, freelance contracts, and parttime contracts, as well as employment certificates
  • Support in implementing the digital personnel database PERSONIO
  • Initial creation, maintenance, and control of the personnel database
  • Consultation for employees on pregnancy and parental leave
  • Management of HVV ProfiTickets
