Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Go To Market to join our Mass Markets Team. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Go To Market. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure call center and partner sales team readiness as new residential and small business products, pricing and offers are launched in market. You will develop comprehensive go to market (GTM) launch plans that position our sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets. You will orchestrate each launch across a wide array of teams including product marketing, pricing, compensation, training, sales operations, competitive intelligence and reporting and analytics to ensure our sales teams are ready and positioned for success.

As Marketing Manager, Go-To Market, you will have the following responsibilities:

Go to Market planning and coordination: Working with internal stakeholders to ensure readiness for new products, pricing and offer launches
Oversee the creation of and effectiveness of sales and marketing tools/programs to increase operational efficiency
Partner with product marketing and pricing to articulate the messaging and value proposition, reinforce a solutions-selling approach and understand the competitive landscape to best position our products
Collaborate with the training and engagement teams to ensure the front line is knowledgeable, prepared, and excited to launch new products, pricing and offers
Monitor customer feedback by partnering with sales channels and provide this back to the product teams (iterative feedback loop)

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
5+ years in Marketing, Marketing Operations, Program Management or Sales Enablement
5+ years' experience in the telecommunications industry
Experience launching new products, pricing and offers to sales channels
Cross functional leadership experience
Sales enablement experience, including the development of sales tools job aids, collateral, and competitive profiles
Ability to connect the dots across strategy, planning, execution and results
Strong written communication and public speaking/presentation skills
Project management experience
Strong track record of establishing trusted relationships

BONUS POINTS FOR:

Experience with both Consumer and Small Business Marketing
Sales Operations experience supporting call centers, direct and indirect sales teams.
Master's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
