- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal laws to ensure a fair and respectful work environment
- Create and manage recruitment strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
- Conduct new hire orientation and ensure proper onboarding procedures are followed
- Oversee employee performance evaluations and provide guidance and coaching to managers
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and files
- Administer employee benefits program and serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Handle any other HRrelated tasks or projects as assigned by the General Manager
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 35 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the auto industry
- Extensive knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software

Description
Job Summary:
The HR Manager at Pride Motor Group will be responsible for overseeing all human resources activities for our dealership.
This individual will play a crucial role in recruiting, training, and retaining top talent, as well as ensuring compliance with all HR policies and regulations.
The HR Manager will report directly to the General Manager and will work closely with department managers to support the overall business objectives and promote a positive work culture.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary for this full-time, individual contributor position is $60,000 to $80,000 per year, paid on a weekly basis.
In addition to competitive pay, the HR Manager will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
