    Description

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Sales Planning Manager is responsible for leading the planning and execution of KUSA's Strategic Initiatives. They are accountable for customer programs and executing the operations with high-level efficiency. This person is responsible for analyzing sales figures and working with the sales force to reach sales and profit targets. The expectation for this leader is to rapidly gain experience within the company and establish day-to-day priorities for the team's success.

    · Strong communication, including writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication

    · Advanced analytical and reporting skills

    · Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

    · Excellent customer service and client relations skills

    · Good collaboration and teamwork abilities

    · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    · Must be able to effectively organize, prepare, and present data and reports to all levels of management.

    · Min. 3 years of work experience in a strategic support position in the tire industry required (Manufacturer or Distributor)

    · Bachelor's Degree Required

    CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Establish annual sales target by the customer with strategic planning

    · The ability to design customized promotions based on previous promotion outcomes

    · Review and process the requests from the sales team and customers across the country

    · Review and analyze monthly sales progress to determine customer needs

    · Monitor pricing and programs to promote customer satisfaction

    · Problem-solving capability with excellent communication skills- verbal and written

    · Prioritize and plan work activities with organizational skills to deliver goals and objectives
