    What You'll do

    CompuNet, Inc is seeking an Account Manager for Maintenance Contracts to join our team.This role manages our customer's hardware and software maintenance renewal contracts and will support our Portland and Seattle market but can be seated in that region or in Salt Lake City, UT.Day-to-day tasks may include:
    • Managing the sales and renewals of service contracts while working with other Account Managers and Account Executives.
    • Utilizing internal notifications and vendor tools, providing proactive notice of support and subscription expirations to customers and the CompuNet Account Executives/Sales team.
    • Producing and delivering support renewal quotes using the Quosal tool.
    • Maintaining an internal database of support with expirations and manufacturers in the ConnectWise tool.
    • Processing orders for support and maintenance.
    • Negotiating support and maintenance pricing with vendors and distributors.
    • Opening cases with vendors and distributors to obtain support quotes and managing the change process for quotes.
    • Assisting the AM's with Product and Service RMAs, including form submittals to the vendors and distributors.
    Who you are

    You're a strong team player that is invested in helping your customers succeed and contributing to a great company culture. You have the following knowledge, skills, abilities and/or education:
    • 1-3 years sales support experience with an emphasis on Value Added Reseller (VAR) programs.
    • Experience working in a team environment and able to interact with customers directly.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and attention to detail.
    Our ideal candidate would also have the following preferred knowledge, skills, abilities and/or education:
    • Associate degree in a related field.
    • Experience with Cisco SmartNet.

      • The estimated base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year.Actual salary will depend on a variety of factors, including location and job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, experience, training, certifications, education, or performance. This position is eligible for variable compensation, such as commission, bonuses, and profit sharing, in addition to the base salary.
