We specialize in providing sales, installation, and turnkey industrial solutions for boilers. As a fully licensed and bonded general, mechanical, and electrical contractor, we take pride in delivering comprehensive services to our customers.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time sales engineer role with Boiler Masters Inc. The sales engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, communicating effectively with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a hybrid role that is primarily located in Richmond, VA but allows for some remote work. Additionally, there will be travel requirements throughout the state of VA, as well as collaboration with the Greensboro, NC office.

    Qualifications

    • Sales Engineering and Sales skills
    • Technical Support skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Customer service skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Experience in the energy or industrial solutions industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred

    Compensation

    This role includes a base salary (negotionable upon relevant skills and experience), with earning potential based on completed sales and projects. Benefits are included.
