    Position Overview:

    Join our team at Capitol Exhibit Services, Inc. (CESi), a top-tier company known for its excellence in designing and creating Museum Exhibits, Tradeshow Exhibits, and Corporate Environments. CESi takes pride in offering top-notch customer service from the initial design phase to the final installation and beyond.

    • Play a crucial role as a Senior Account Executive, focusing on expanding business opportunities.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Identify and assess potential business prospects.
    • Acquire new accounts while nurturing existing ones.
    • Create and deliver compelling sales messages, proposals, and presentations.
    • Meet or surpass quarterly targets.
    • Serve as a bridge between Museum clients and the Production team.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrate strong work ethic and integrity.
    • Show proactive problem-solving skills.
    • Prove success in acquiring new accounts through innovative sales strategies.
    • Possess exceptional communication, presentation, and customer relationship abilities.
    • Exhibit effective negotiation and closing capabilities.
    • Have substantial experience in the Museum Exhibit Industry (5-8 years preferred).
    • Familiarity with the RFP/proposal process.
    • Existing client base is advantageous.
