Responsibilities
The San Diego Claim Litigation Counsel Law Firm of State Farm Insurance Company, led by Karen D. Wood & Associates, is in search of an attorney with at least 7 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense. The ideal candidate will possess trial experience, particularly in civil cases, along with strong work ethic, customer orientation, initiative, and proficiency in communication and technology. This role may involve handling third-party litigation, first-party claims, and law and motion cases, necessitating exceptional writing, research, and academic credentials. We offer a friendly work environment with a reasonable caseload, sufficient support staff, and no billable hour requirements. Our workplace maintains a business casual atmosphere, competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401K plan.
Potential yearly salary range: $110,550 – $170,000
Potential yearly incentive pay up to 16% of base salary.
