Responsibilities
State Farm Insurance Company's San Diego Claim Litigation Counsel Law Firm, Karen D. Wood & Associates, is in search of an attorney with at least 7 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense. The ideal candidate should possess trial experience, particularly in civil cases, along with a strong work ethic, customer-centric approach, initiative, communication prowess, and technological proficiency. This role may involve managing third-party litigation, first-party claims, and legal procedures, necessitating exceptional writing, research skills, and impressive academic achievements. We offer a friendly work environment with a reasonable caseload, ample support staff, and no billing hour quota. With a business casual setting, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401K plan, we provide a conducive work atmosphere.
Potential yearly salary range: $110,550 - $170,000
Potential yearly incentive pay up to 16% of the base salary.
