YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Visionary leadership: Lead the six-person team with expertise and the desire to set new standards. Your goal is to create a structure that effectively combines payroll and service activities.

Efficiency & trust: You and your team ensure efficient and timely payroll and time management and are known for trust and excellence within the company.

Process optimization: You take the initiative to continuously improve processes and systems, taking the department to a new level.

Digital pioneer: You adapt processes to the newly introduced payroll software and drive digitalization
