As a medium-sized group with over 1,600 employees at more than 90 locations, we have multiple trading companies, 6 logistics centers, and over 40 inspiring bathroom showrooms.

Take a first look into the world of Elmer here. We offer a qualified two-year apprenticeship at one of our six logistics centers. You will rotate through the departments of shipping, receiving, and pick-up warehouse. The apprenticeship is hands-on, and you will take on responsible tasks and work on training projects.

Experienced trainers will accompany you throughout the apprenticeship, providing theoretical foundations and everything you need for practical work and your future career.

Internal training sessions with other apprentices complete the package. We will sponsor an IHK course to prepare you for your exams, ensuring a successful completion. And after that? Good apprentices make good employees. Therefore, after successfully completing your apprenticeship, you can look forward to a permanent position with us.
