So, what are we looking for?


We are looking for an Audio Visual On Site Support Specialist in Washington DC whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission "to provide a fantastic customer experience." Somebody who is passionate about AV, whether you are the go-to expert in your home, school, or church, and can always find a solution to any AV problem.

We will provide the necessary training, support, and work environment to help you succeed.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Ability to operate and maintain AV gear
  • Ability to set up and moderate executivelevel meetings
  • Ability to install AV systems.
  • Ability to provide break/fix support as well as preventative maintenance inspections.
  • Ability to work in ceilings, on ladders or lifts.
  • Comprehension of wiring schematics and architectural drawings
  • Experience with or basic understanding of test equipment
  • Perform cable pull paths, diagnose structural/room interior for efficient and optimum installations and terminate audio and video cables.

Does experience count?

Preferred but not required:

  • Minimum 3 years installing AV systems
  • AVIXA CTS Certification
  • Education: Associates degree, we take into account your experience/skill level and what you bring to the table as an individual.
  • Customer Service Experience: A must As you can see our customers are #1 and we need someone who can take care of them, and treat them as such.
  • Attitude and Aptitude: Are key We need someone who is eager to learn and comes to work ready to tackle any situation.

Live Event Experience:
Must have experience supporting, implementing, and maintaining video conferences using Polycom conferencing systems
