Summary of Job Duties:
The Union Sustainability Intern's overall responsibility will be to help the Union's Custodial Administrator create and manage a sustainability program for the building.
Among specific duties are creating an online presence, co-hosting outreach forums, collaborating with other campus entities, regularly assisting in recycling operations, and conducting research.
This position will assist with other duties as assigned. There will be the opportunity for professional development and emergency management training.
This position offers up to 20 flexible hours a week during the Fall and Spring semesters, and up to 40 hours a week during the Summer.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious, working relationships with others.
