    **Job Title:** Facilities Engineering Supervisor at a Cutting-Edge Lighting Equipment Supplier

    ABOUT OUR CLIENT:

    Our client is a leading supplier to Honda, specializing in designing and producing top-notch lighting equipment, accessories, and electronic components. The Ohio facility is the hub for various departments including lighting and mold design, production engineering, as well as Quality, Assembly, Sales, and Customer Service teams.     YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    As the Facilities Engineering Supervisor, you will lead the CMMS/AS department by:

    • Guiding associates in daily tasks
    • Providing leadership through performance planning and feedback
    • Ensuring the functionality of the Maximo system for maintenance documentation
    • Managing budgets and business plans alignment
    • Overseeing projects and contractors efficiently
    • Maintaining communication systems and security measures
    • Enhancing company image within the community
    • Promoting cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 4-year degree in Engineering or related field
    • Minimum 5 years of facilities engineering experience
    • At least 2 years of supervisory background
    • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and relevant codes
    • Track record of leading large-scale projects
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and mechanical/electrical systems

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    • Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds
    • Exposure to bending, pushing, lifting, and manufacturing environments
    • Frequent offsite visits and occasional travel
    • Potential for unplanned overtime to meet project deadlines

    HAZARDS TO NOTE:

    • Regular exposure to moving parts and moderate noise levels
    • Handling of hazardous chemicals and machinery
    • Lifting weights up to 40 pounds
