    Your Role: As the Facilities Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our operational capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
    • Leading and energizing a team dedicated to excellence in facilities management and maintenance
    • Ensuring optimal functionality of all facility operations, including our Maximo system for facility and machine maintenance documentation
    • Driving project completion, managing budgets, and overseeing contractors to ensure cost-effective operations
    • Innovating utility savings programs and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce costs
    • Managing communication systems and security infrastructure to support seamless operations

    Working Conditions:

    • This role requires physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting
    • You will be based primarily in an office setting but will spend time in manufacturing environments and may require occasional travel and overtime to meet objectives

    Requirements

    What We Require:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
    • At least 5 years of experience in facilities engineering, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
    • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, applicable codes, and regulations
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent communication skills and proven project management capabilities
