PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
(Other Duties May Be Assigned)

Manage inbound & outbound calls.
Maintain Underwriting inbox through ticketing system.
Conduct a comprehensive KYC/KYB analysis, including identity verification, financial reports, tax returns, and merchant processing statements to determine risk profile and overall credit worthiness
Provide clear and professional verbal and written communications.
Responsible for ensuring merchants process within NACHA guidelines
Conduct account audits on approved merchant accounts.
Perform enhanced due diligence on highrisk clients
Ensure Support SLA are met daily.
All other duties as assigned such as merchant onboarding and any other needs that arise.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training/Experience:
Required: Minimum 3 years in payment underwriting, preferably ACH or credit card processing. High School diploma or equivalent.

Desirable:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Experience in Bankcard and/or ACH preferred.

Experience in Banking preferred Knowledge of:

Possess knowledge banking and payment industry.

Underwriter April | - Experience with various computer software: Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet savvy.

M-F 8AM-5PM Pacific Time
