    JOB SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of the Underwriters role is to review, analyze risk, credit worthiness and determine credit limits for ACH Payment services. The ideal candidate for this position will make confident decisions, recommendations and is experienced with ACH payments.

    PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: (Other Duties May Be Assigned)


    •Manage inbound & outbound calls.


    •Maintain Underwriting inbox through ticketing system.


    •Conduct a comprehensive KYC/KYB analysis, including identity verification, financial reports, tax returns, and merchant processing statements to determine risk profile and overall credit worthiness


    •Provide clear and professional verbal and written communications.


    •Responsible for ensuring merchants process within NACHA guidelines


    •Conduct account audits on approved merchant accounts.


    •Perform enhanced due diligence on high-risk clients


    •Ensure Support SLA are met daily.


    •All other duties as assigned such as merchant on-boarding and any other needs that arise.

    QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Training/Experience: Required: Minimum 3 years in payment underwriting, preferably ACH or credit card processing. High School diploma or equivalent. Desirable: Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Experience in Bankcard and/or ACH preferred. Experience in Banking preferred Knowledge of:


    •Possess knowledge banking and payment industry.

    •Experience with various computer software: Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet savvy.

    •Communicate effectively, both written and verbal.


    •Prioritize all tasks appropriately.

    Hours: M-F 8AM-5PM Pacific Time
