    Description

    JOB TITLE: Kitchen Team Member at Bonefish Grill


    POSITION DETAILS

    • Maintain high employment quality standards according to Bloomin' Brands policies
    • Assist in setting up the kitchen for the opening crew
    • Check schedules for incoming team members
    • Coach security procedures
    • Review inventory daily
    • Prepare to receive orders
    • Monitor shelf-life adherence
    • Check temperatures on equipment before prepping
    • Understand menu item flavors and specifications
    • Follow recipe cards precisely
    • Complete daily sanitation checklist and inspections
    • Ensure adherence to sanitation and food safety standards
    • Manage ticket flow for timely cook times

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Certified trainer in back-of-house functions
    • Passing grade in Assessment testing
    • Flexible schedule availability
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States
    • Minimum 21 years of age

    PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

    • Prior experience in the restaurant industry
    • Previous leadership positions
    • Proficiency in all back-of-house functions
