Location:

NYC adjacent (Remote), minimum of 5-10 years of boots on the ground NYC living


Salary:
$65-80K + health insurance stipend

Responsibilities:


  • Engage with online inquiries and incoming sales calls promptly and professionally (no cold calling).
  • Cultivate relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique event needs.
  • Craft enticing deals to meet monthly sales targets while customizing program inclusions.
  • Generate accurate deposit invoices and contracts that reflect our competitive pricing.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to enhance our event offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with our event planner, director of operations, and kitchen staff for seamless event execution.
  • Identify new rental opportunities by leveraging our connections with food media organizations, brands, and agencies.
  • Nurture longterm relationships with past clients through feedback collection and referral programs.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients and partners; must have excellent EQ.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and time management to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proven negotiation skills and a strategic mindset to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Networking capabilities to grow our business reach and partnerships.
  • Detailoriented with a bigpicture perspective to balance logistics and client satisfaction.
  • Selfmotivated with a competitive drive to succeed in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous sales or event planning experience preferred, with a minimum of 5 years in an officerelated role.
  • Passion for food and culinary experiences is a must.
  • Happy to consider moms/dads returning to work, career changers with applicable skills.

Pay:
$65, $80,000.00 per year
